Life Coaching.
We are taught maths, science, English, music, how to say please and thank you but we never get taught the most empowering and important thing that impacts our lives the most: HOW TO MANAGE OUR MIND.
We all want happiness. We are born with it. Somehow at some point most of us tossed away the manual to our brain and it’s been running wild since, like an unsupervised child.
We get help when we are sick with a physical illness or suffer diagnosed mental illness but who helps the walking wounded. We are all the walking wounded. No one is exempt. Most of us have been rolling around in the mud to get clean for a very long time.

The Good News is Coaching is a proven antidote.
If you go through my program, your mindset will change and you will see a different future. Everybody is their own best coach. I simply teach you the tools. Once you understand how your mind works the change can be quite rapid. You can really start to change your life quickly.
I use tools from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution Focussed Therapy, Neuro Linguistic therapy, tools from The Life Coach School with Brooke Castillo and the many tools I have learned from the coaches and readings I have done over the many years.

My job is to see my clients connecting with themselves.
We are constantly adapting to the new normal. Whatever that may be. I will teach you tools to maximise your development rather than hassle with yourself. You will build a toolbox ready to create what you want in your life and continue to evolve to be the best version of you.
