Stand on the Shoulders of Your Story
Your story is one moment or a series of moments from the past. We cannot change the past or control it. When we try to it causes us to suffer.
The story we tell ourselves either empowers us or it doesn’t.
You have the choice to live a more empowering story.
Who were you before the story?
Who would you be if ….?
How would you show up of you broke the story into lessons?
How would you teach the lessons?
Act as if you are the teacher.
How to change my story.
Ask yourself:
Are my expectations right?
Is it empowering me?
What are my options?
What are the solutions? (there are no problems ONLY solutions)
Empowers us or it doesn’t.
If we expected to walk as a toddler the first 100 times we would never have walked. We would have given up.
You have the opportunity to learn a new skill set.
Move from struggle to strength.
You can let your story define and confine you OR….
When you stand on the shoulders of our story
You can either submit to our story, isolate, be stuck or limit ourselves
OR
Use it as a Launchpad and an opportunity to learn.
Your story is just one moment or a series of moments.
Who were you before that moment?
Who are you now? (impact on soul, heart, maybe family…)
Who would you be without this story?
Drop your shoulders.
What can you do now?
Who can you be now to empower and/or teach?
Where would your life be if the story was no longer your focus?
What are the lessons?
What would you teach?
Who would you be?
What is the first thing you can do?
Today ACT as if …the woman who teaches, falls forward, and plans in advance.
TAP Into your GODDESS
Imagine your Goddess
Your highest version of yourself.
The strongest, most beautiful, wisest, powerful version of yourself.
Who is she?
What is she wearing?
What language is she using?
How is she entering the room?
What does she look like?
When you are in deep story step into your GODDESS.
Another way to look at it is:
If I offered you a million dollars to just see through today in a way that makes you feel proud. How would you show up?
What would you do?
What wouldn’t you do?
Nothing has changed about your capacity. The only thing that has changed is your perspective (thoughts). Thoughts drive our Feelings which drive our Actions creating the Results we have in our lives.
Ask yourself ‘If I showed up today as the best, healthy version of myself.
What would I do?
What are the things I wouldn’t do?
